Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM
I have read and understood your concern.
Your description sounds like Labial herpes( also called fever blisters or cold sores). It is a viral infection that may give you all the symptoms describe. However, seeing the Doctor for examination and tests like full blood count, ESR and if need be, hemoculture if temperature too high. Treament is usually with anti-viral agent like aciclovir( cream and/or tablet). An anti-pyretic like paracetamol will help if fever.Just see your Doctor for evaluation.I will also recommend rest and healthy diet.
Hope this will help. You may write back if more concerns.
Wish you a speedy recovery
